November Goals!

ladydragon76Let's start with a recap!
- I did not finish rereading Cracka. I've made progress, but WOW! I have so much editing to do to smooth these early chapters out. Doesn't help that my daughter linked me an AMAZING time travel fix it fic (my weakness) about Domino Squad in the Clone Wars. Dominoes. It's still a WIP, but omfg it's sooooo good. I've been being naughty and reading that at night instead of powering through Cracka.
- I did not finish the wedding gift, but I'm closer. I can only crochet for a short time during daylight hours, and my daylight hours have been filled with RL things like ~
- the Fall Deep Clean. Now that, I got done. We took a car load of donations to Goodwill, which I really didn't expect to have that much, but for some reason my husband stepped past his hoarding tendencies and really let go of some things he hasn't touched in more than a decade. I'm so proud of him!
- We have not gotten our boosters yet, but that was a scheduling issue. They are GOING to happen. I want mine, and the kids want theirs.
- The Halloween TTRPG was a fuckin' HOOT! Third time GM'ing for me, and it's so much fun! I'm not like,... good, but it's fun. I had fun, my kids and their friends had fun. It was a great time. My son is currently trying to come up with the concept for his birthday game next spring. LOL!
- I did not have time to sit and write for the RarePairFest. I kept the prompts though, so who knows.
For November
- REALLY finish reading Cracka. I only have Thanksgiving prep this month and I already bought the turkey. I've already voted, and while our anniversary is the 21st of the month, manthing and I don't have any big plans for this year (23 years). We've been working hard to pay the house and car down, and then the old dryer (which was a single piece stack unit) finally died. Instead of repairing it for the 6th time, we opted to spend money neither of us wanted to on a new set. That set is AMAZING. I've never before had a brand new washer and dryer. 12/10 can recommend Speed Queen. The dryer dries a normal size load of clothes in only 60 minutes!!!
- Finish the Wedding Gifts. Or get as close as I can. I know December is going to be insane. Daughter and Manthing both volunteer at the local Fire Dept, and there is generally a holiday gathering there, then sometimes his workplace does a party/gathering. Carolers come around, and the First Responders of the town escort Santa (last two years that was manthing! hehe) through the village to hand out treat boxes to all the children. Fun times, but I'm not going to get ANY crocheting done in December. So I need to knock these out this month.
- Other goals include some sewing things I need to do, Nitro's vet appointment next Tuesday, and then some yard stuff. Trees need trimmed back once the sap stops and the shed needs a SERIOUS clear out and reorganization before it gets too cold.
