I realize that I'm a bit late to the party, but I couldn't help being distracted by the Ratchet/Megatron links in the comments. They were fabulous (and I'm now working my way through the Rare Pairing Community; currently, I'm in 2009), but I know of a few others. If you're interested, I could give you the links to them.
